 A New Jersey based team of current and former Division I and pro specialists, STS has trained thousands of players at the youth, high school and college level including many all-conference, all-state and all-American performers since 2003. You will not find a more experienced, qualified, genuine staff!

STS training is grounded in core fundamentals that will maximize the potential of every specialist.  We believe in form focused training including direct instruction, demonstrations, muscle memory drills, film analysis, and game like competition that teaches specialists how to perform under pressure!

The STS College Exposure Camp held annually in late fall is the Northeast's biggest recruiting stage going 20 years strong.  Shore's Best College Showcase, held in June, offers direct contact with colleges.  STS has referred thousands of specialists at the college level, many with scholarships!
